Reliable sources say Liverpool have already received a permanent offer for a player suspected of signing Fabio Carvalho, who has already missed the chance to join rivals in the Premier League.

Liverpool were overjoyed when they signed Fabio Carvalho from Fulham last summer. The Reds have been pushing for a contract with a 20-year-old player for half a year, Termination too late The winter deadline is approaching.

But many of the contractual frameworks have already been worked out and Liverpool have rekindled their move, making a second offer for Carvalho in the summer.

A £5 million win (which could rise to £7.7 million with add-ons) had all the hallmarks of a transfer masterstroke.

In fact, Carvalho played a key role in all of Fulham’s attacking campaign, scoring 10 goals and providing eight assists.

But Carvalho’s career at Anfield is yet to burn, having made just eight starts in all competitions.

That’s why manager Jürgen Klopp recently confirmed that Liverpool could consider a loan move for the Portugal Under-21s.

“I think Fabio could go on loan, but we’ll see.” Klopp said last Friday:

“No player has impressed me more than Fabio, it’s true. His work ethic will lead him to a great career.

“His reaction was continuous [to not playing], I’ve never seen it. “

football insider reported that newly promoted Burnley had shown interest, It can be either a loan or a perpetual purchase.

but, According to Fabrizio RomanoCarvalho has not accepted a loan offer from within the Premier League.

Instead, Liverpool have received offers from unspecified foreign clubs to sign Carvalho outright, the transfer guru tweeted.

A loan rather than a full sale would be preferable, but a move abroad would at least prevent Carvalho from another EPL team haunting Liverpool twice in a season.

Romano reports that Fabio Carvalho has been offered a permanent contract by Liverpool from an overseas club.

The journalist added that there have been “many loan deal offers” from fellow EPLs, but that Carvalho has “not accepted” at this time. When explained why, it was suggested that the ‘project’ proposed by the relevant club was not to the player’s liking.

Liverpool want to approve a loan rather than a full sale. Despite Carvalho’s below-average first season on Merseyside, it’s clear the Reds aren’t just throwing in the towel with complacency.

With Carvalho so far reluctant to join another Premier League team, the ideal scenario would be for the foreign club to change its approach and offer a loan rather than a permanent transfer.
